Where I was...

Sorry for this long absence, but I was starting another blog dedicated only to cards and card making (http://afrenchaccent.blogspot.com/)... 177 postings later, I decided it was time to let my very dear followers know.
I would love for you to begin to follow my other blog... I will pop in from time to time on this one and post a few cards, as well as some scrapbooking and paper crafting once I am back in business.

Bat Mitzvah cards

Twins! So alike and yet so different. The challenge was to find a way of doing two similar but not the same cards for them. Those have a pocket on the left side under the names to hold a gift certificate.

I had to try it! Heat embossing. It seems so hard to master, and yet it gives it such a professional look! The flowers hearts are made of fabric paint. It tkes rather long to dry, but it does look beautiful .
